Roles & Responsibilities
- Retailer & Dealer Communication: Proactively reach out to dealers and retail partners to maintain solid relationships and ensure smooth, ongoing coordination.
- Feedback Collection: Gather structured feedback regarding product quality, order supply timeliness, packaging, and overall service experience.
- Record Keeping & MIS Management: Maintain, update, and manage accurate MIS reports and records tracking dealer feedback and raised concerns.
- Internal Reporting: Escalate and report compiled feedback and issue reports directly to the Back Office Admin for swift resolution and follow-up.
