VBR Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team.

Experience: 0–3 Years/Fresher

Location: Mohali | Chandigarh | Zirakpur | Panchkula

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/candidates and introduce company services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to basic queries professionally.
- Generate leads through calling, follow-ups and database calling.
- Understand the requirements of clients/candidates and share relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update daily calling records and lead information.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain skilled communication and build positive relationships with prospects.




- Prepare basic daily calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Self-motivated and target-oriented
