Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team in Madhapur. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and supporting the conversion process through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and address basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
- Generate appointments/enquiries and support the sales team in conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
