Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to communicate fluently with customers in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly.
- Convert potential customers into sales.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
- Maintain positive and qualified relationships with customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and cal




- Support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives.

Language Requirements Candidates must be fluent in:

- English
- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Hindi

Eligibility
- Minimum 0-1years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Prior experience in handling outbound calls and lead conversion is preferred.
