Designation - CRM – Order Confirmation
Job Responsibilities
Call customers to confirm orders.
Verify customer and order details.
Follow up on pending/unconfirmed orders.
Update order status and customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with the relevant team for order processing.
Handle basic customer queries.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic English.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Job location - Malviya Nagar- Jaipur
Work from office only.
Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Office Shift)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
