Experience Required: 0 to 5 years (Freshers to experienced candidates welcome)

To handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and effectively communicate product or service offerings to achieve organizational sales and customer engagement targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products/services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
- Customer Query Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Ups & Database Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients, update customer interaction logs, and manage accurate MIS/data daily.
- Conversion & Target Achievement:



Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and work towards meeting individual and team conversion targets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or BPO/call center environments. Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi). Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
