Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/customers, providing information about our courses and services, answering queries, and following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and other relevant information clearly.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert potential leads into admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Meet assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.




- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams when required.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Friendly, confident, and qualified telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education counselling is preferred.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
