Designation - CRM – Order Confirmation
Job Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm orders.
- Verify customer and order details.
- Follow up on pending/unconfirmed orders.
- Update order status and customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the relevant team for order processing.
- Handle basic customer queries.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic English.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Job location - Malviya Nagar- Jaipur
Work from office only.
Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Office Shift)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
