Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Kannada.
- Computer knowledge with Excel and Word Document.
