We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective customers, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information.

- Explain company products/services clearly to potential customers.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/BD team.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Update customer information in CRM/Excel and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.





- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-focused and positive attitude.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

- Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, recruitment, or business development will be an advantage.
