About the Role

Looking for a Telecaller.

An enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful business relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or telesales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain a strong database of leads and prospects
- Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets




- Deliver excellent customer service and address client queries effectively

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior experience in telecalling/telesales (Insurance, Banking, or Credit Card background preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel,)
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated

Valuable to Have

- Experience in B2B sales, real estate, or facility management
- Familiarity with client coordination and lead management processes

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
