Tele Caller - 1 Position
· Making outbound calls: Telecallers are often responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services, explains the advantages of those products, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
· Handling inbound calls: They answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and provide support.
· Data collection and feedback: Telecallers gather important feedback from customers, which can be used to improve products or services.
· Following up with leads: They follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
· Maintaining accurate records:
Telecallers keep detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
· Meeting sales targets: They are expected to meet individual and team sales goals.
Candidate must know about CRM Application.
