Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers and potential clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow company communication and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.
- Confident and professional while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software will be an advantage.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a team.
Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Performance-based incentives may also be applicable. The position is full-time and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby areas will be preferred.
