We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller who can handle customer calls, follow up on leads, generate site visits, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain real estate projects, offers, and property details to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

- Follow up regularly with interested leads.

- Generate and coordinate property/site visits.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

- Achieve monthly call, lead, and site visit targets.





- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience as a Telecaller/Telesales Executive in Real Estate.

- Fluent in Tamil and English.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Good knowledge of lead follow-up and customer handling.

- Target-oriented and proactive.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

- Candidates with experience in handling real estate leads and site visits are preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
