We are looking for a Telecaller to join Nikah Sufiyana, The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our matrimonial services and plans, follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and assist customers throughout the registration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
- Explain matrimonial services, plans, and registration procedures.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service.
Location: Red Hills, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad. Pay: ₹8,664.25 - ₹31,314.36 per month
