Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our education team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, explaining courses and programs, following up on leads, and assisting prospective students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students from provided leads.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, or campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by providing appropriate information and support.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for further processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.

Requirements




- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or education sales.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication; knowledge of Tamil/Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn about educational courses and programs.
