Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based at Chate Coaching Classes in Goregaon.

The Tele

Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses, schedules, and admissions, and will respond to inquiries from students and parents in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include explaining program offerings, recording accurate details of calls, updating student records, and following up with prospective students to support admissions and enrollment processes.



The role also involves coordinating with counseling and administrative teams, maintaining call logs, and meeting call and conversion targets while delivering a courteous and service-oriented experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and polite telephone manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to address queries, provide guidance, and support prospective students and parents.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with call tracking tools, spreadsheets, and student information systems.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-up schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work in a team, accept feedback, and adapt to structured processes and performance goals.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or front-desk roles in education or service industries is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of higher secondary education; further relevant education is beneficial.
