BCI (Business Connect India) is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team in Jamnagar.
The role involves communicating with business owners, generating leads, promoting BCI Membership & business opportunities, inviting prospects to meetings and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners and generate leads.
- Explain BCI Membership and business opportunities.
- Invite prospects to BCI meetings and networking events.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and maintain lead records.
- Maintain regular follow-up and activity reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.
- Basic English is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Telecalling / Sales experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp.
- Confident communication and good follow-up skills.

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
