Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, communicating our products and services, conducting timely follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and communicate company offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
- Build customer interest through effective communication and professional interaction.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Drive sales conversions through structured follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer status, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales conversion targets.




- Follow the company’s sales process and maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills Prior knowledge or experience in EdTech, Stock Market, Trading, Financial Services, or Credit Card Sales will be an added advantage.
