We are hiring Telecallers for our Jaipur office. The role involves calling and following up until conversion, and maintaining accurate records of every interaction. This role suits freshers with strong communication skills, as well as candidates with prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience.

Kindly note: Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate can apply. Candidates applying for this position must be comfortable undergoing 15 days of training in Dehradun and subsequently working from the Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

- Call assigned leads and follow up regularly until closure
- Handle digital outreach and communication with students and universities
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and objection handling
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the team for lead handover and closure




- Handle customer queries professionally over the phone

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Confident and professional phone etiquette
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM data entry)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant qualifications are an advantage.
