Must have skills : Agile Project Management Good to have skills : Java Full Stack Development Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience in managing end-to-end technology projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions within scope, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities Own project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management. Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and project governance. Lead cross-functional engineering, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Drive

Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery practices. Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Communicate project status, progress, and key decisions to senior stakeholders. Ensure quality, security, and adherence to engineering standards.



Support estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and release management.

Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in software/IT project delivery, with solid technical understanding. Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology projects. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Secondary / Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Java Full Stack technologies. Working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, React/Angular, SQL, and relational databases. Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is desirable. Ability to engage in technical discussions, review solution designs, and work effectively with engineering teams.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
