Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in used car loans across multiple states.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

- Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new markets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive used car loan landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 9-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and strategy development.

- Robust understanding of used car loan products, including financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
