Job Summary The Digital Transformation Associate will work closely with IT Leadership and Management for Digital Transformation and deliver innovative digital solutions. Also creating awareness of new technology in the organisation. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code/No-Code application development, and Microsoft 365 technologies while contributing to the organization's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Solution Development

Support the design and implementation of digital solutions to improve business efficiency and user experience.

Develop applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions using Low-Code/No-Code platforms.

2. Generative AI & Automation

Explore and implement Gen AI use cases using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.

Assist in developing AI-powered solutions for knowledge management,



productivity improvement, and decision support.

Support automation initiatives using RPA and workflow automation tools.

3. Microsoft 365 & Power Platform

Build solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 technologies.

Create dashboards, reports, forms, and collaboration tools to support business operations.

Computer Skills

Low code No code, RPA, GEN AI, App Development

Special skills, mental or personality requirements:

1. Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
2. Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other Low-Code platforms.
3. Understanding of application development concepts and databases.
4. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
