Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Techno-Commercial Executive to manage technical and commercial activities, including project estimation, tendering, billing, procurement, and coordination with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare and review project estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, invoices, and measurement sheets.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, and commercial transactions.
- Handle procurement activities, vendor quotations, and price comparisons.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for commercial and technical matters.
- Review work orders, agreements, and contractual terms.
- Maintain proper records of bills, purchase orders, and project-related documents.
- Follow up on pending bills, payments,



and commercial approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports related to project costs, billing, procurement, and commercial performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, or a relevant field.
- Experience in techno-commercial, billing, estimation, or procurement activities.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, measurement, and project documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
