- Support prototype builds for customer samples, validation, and development programs.
Rework & Improvement Activities
- Execute pack rework, teardown, modification, and engineering change implementations.
- Document assembly issues and support corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the proto facility.
Proto Room Management
- Maintain tools, fixtures, equipment, and assembly stations.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines while handling HV battery systems.
- Maintain assembly records, build reports, and traceability documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Lithium-Ion battery technology.
- Knowledge of battery pack architecture and components.
- Understanding of Battery Management System (BMS) fundamentals.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical measurements and diagnostics.
- Basic knowledge of CAN communication and diagnostic software is preferred.
- Knowledge of torque tools and assembly fixtures.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting documentation.
