Role Description This is a full time, in office Technical Team Member role based in Delhi, India.

The Technical Team

Member will handle day-to-day technical support activities, including diagnosing and resolving issues, assisting internal teams and customers, and documenting resolutions.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing routine checks, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff when needed. The role involves communicating clearly with users, understanding their requirements, and providing timely, professional customer service.

The Technical Team

Member will collaborate with colleagues on process improvements, participate in training,



and follow established standards and security practices to maintain stable operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret data, and identify effective solutions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Hands-on Troubleshooting abilities to resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues efficiently.
- Experience in Technical Support, including incident handling, ticketing systems, and issue documentation.
- Customer Service mindset focused on responsiveness, reliability, and a positive user experience.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and commonly used enterprise applications.
- Ability to work on-site in a structured environment, manage priorities, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Electronics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools, remote support software, and IT best practices is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, participate in training, and adapt to evolving business needs.
