Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical proficiency and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development. This role requires a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead who can operate as an individual contributor, take ownership of projects, and make decisions independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Integrate and customize ServiceNow applications to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize AI tools and applications effectively in day-to-day work to improve processes and solutions.
- Conduct hands-on coding and technical assessments during the interview process.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow integration and customization.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification (administrative certifications alone are not sufficient).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
- Prior experience in the Financial Services domain (not mandatory).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
