Water Treatment Technical Sales Manager — Haryana/NCR

We are hiring our first sales hire to independently build and manage a water treatment chemicals business across Haryana and Delhi NCR — from scratch.

The Role: Visit industrial units with cooling towers, boilers, and ETPs. Conduct free water analysis. Convert prospects into monthly chemical supply accounts. Full ownership, no micromanagement.

You Will:

- Cover 6-8 industrial accounts per day across Haryana and NCR
- Collect water samples, run basic in office analysis, present treatment recommendations
- Close 30-50 monthly standing order accounts within 12 months
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently

You Need:

- 5-10 years B2B chemical or water treatment sales in North India
- Basic knowledge of cooling tower, boiler, or ETP treatment chemistry




- Own vehicle and willingness to do fieldwork daily
- Self-starter — this role has no hand-holding

Bonus: Existing contacts at industrial plants in Bahadurgarh, Manesar, Faridabad, Sonepat, Panipat, or Rohtak. Knowledge of corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides, PAC, polyacrylamide.

We Offer: ₹3.5-6LPA base + ₹3,500-5,000 vehicle allowance + 2-3% commission. Ground-floor opportunity in a growing ISO-certified specialty chemical company.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
