Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Pune,Chennai,NCR, with a mix of on-site work at customer locations and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will identify and develop current business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical presentations to manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable tool presetting and measurement solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.



The role also involves offering technical support during installation and after-sales phases, conducting training sessions for customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Regular travel within the region will be required for customer visits, demonstrations, and service follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills for identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Technical Support and after-sales service, including troubleshooting and customer training.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, presenting solutions, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proven Sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or CNC-related products is highly desirable.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and measurement technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and pipeline management.
