We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating with qualified candidates for technical positions across the US and Canadian job markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn technical concepts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and match candidates with suitable technical job opportunities.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through phone or video calls.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview processes between candidates and clients/recruiters.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activities in the company's ATS/CRM or tracking system.
- Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and provide relevant process information.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions, interviews, offers,



and placements.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends, technical roles, and recruitment practices in the US and Canadian markets.

Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, staffing, BPO, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹11,704.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
