Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end recruitment for technical/IT positions

? Solid sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & databases

? Handle contractual/contract staffing requirements

? Source, screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements

? Manage multiple positions and ensure timely closures

? Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and onboarding

? Maintain strong candidate and client relationships

Requirements:

✅ 2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment

✅ Hands-on experience in domestic IT hiring

✅ Strong technical sourcing & screening skills

✅ Experience with contractual requirements/contract staffing

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✅ Comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 63
