Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for various technical roles, with solid exposure to SAP and Salesforce recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle technical hiring across various IT technologies and skill sets.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other job portals.
- Handle recruitment for SAP, Salesforce, Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, and other technical roles.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Understand technical JDs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients regarding requirements, interview feedback, and candidate status.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining coordination.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.




- Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality of profiles and candidate experience.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in technical hiring and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce recruitment.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical profiles.
- Experience using Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent screening, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
