Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and dedicated Technical Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. This role involves managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our technology teams, from understanding business requirements to successfully onboarding top-tier technical talent. You will be instrumental in scaling our engineering, product, and content teams and will primarily operate as an individual contributor, with opportunities for team guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hiring strategies for tech and non-tech roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Work on diverse hiring portfolios, including technology, product, content, operations, and leadership roles.
- Implement best practices for improving sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to support organizational growth.
- Build and manage recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and weekly reports.
- Optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and talent engagement strategies.
- Ensure effective use of multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn,
job boards, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to align hiring priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Solid track record of hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.
- Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with caching (Redis/Equivalent) and performance tuning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
