Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in the Banking, Cards, and Fraud domain to lead complex technology programs and provide end-to-end delivery oversight.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technology initiatives, coordinating across business and engineering teams, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful delivery in complex application environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery leadership for Fraud, Cards, and Banking technology initiatives.
- Manage planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery of complex technology programs.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, service providers, and vendors.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Establish project success metrics and ensure timely delivery against agreed objectives.
- Guide stakeholders and engineering teams in making informed trade-off decisions considering business objectives, technical strategy, customer experience, and maintainability.
- Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure effective integration across systems and platforms.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and engineering teams to determine system impacts and requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and project plans.




- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
- Identify technology, security, and operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive project execution using Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Communicate program status, risks, challenges, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within an application support or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong experience in Banking, Cards, Fraud Detection, or related financial-services domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project-management tools.
- Good technical understanding of:
- Microservices
- APIs
- REST / SOAP
- Cloud and On-Premise environments

- Experience managing multiple large development initiatives simultaneously.
- Robust project planning, risk management, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to use AI tools for day-to-day program management activities.
- Bachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is an advantage
