**Technical Program Manager / Program Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior program leader to drive complex enterprise software initiatives from planning through execution. The role requires solid stakeholder management, delivery governance, technical awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Translate business priorities into an actionable delivery plan with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate architects, engineering, QA, cloud/DevOps, product, and business stakeholders across concurrent workstreams.
- Drive scope discipline, decision tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Establish delivery cadence, status reporting, RAID management, and executive-level program visibility.
- Ensure technical, security, quality, operational readiness, and knowledge-transfer activities are built into the delivery lifecycle.
- Support estimation, staffing, delivery planning, release readiness,



and post-release stabilization.
- Promote pragmatic use of AI-assisted engineering practices while maintaining enterprise delivery standards.

Required Experience & Skills

- 12-15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or enterprise application programs.
- Proven experience leading custom software, cloud, digital, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, integration, testing, release management, and production support.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore engineering teams and multiple technical workstreams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive decisions with incomplete information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP enterprise delivery environments.
- Experience with Agile/product delivery models, DevOps, CI/CD, and AI-assisted software development.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable certifications are a plus.
