Job Title: Technical Manager – Server & Workstation

Location: Sector 15, Dwarka, New Delhi

Experience: 5–15 years

Position Level: Senior

Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000

Key Responsibilities

- Handle overall technical activities related to servers and workstations.
- Manage server and workstation assembly, configuration, testing, installation and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues involving CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, RAID, GPU, NIC and power supply.
- Handle server operating-system installation and configuration, including Windows Server and Linux.
- Manage rack-server and workstation deployment and technical support.
- Coordinate technical teams and guide junior engineers/technicians.
- Handle customer/site-level technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for technical support, replacement parts and RMA.
- Perform testing, quality checks and fault diagnosis before system dispatch.
- Maintain technical documentation, service reports and installation records.




- Take responsibility for overall server and workstation technical operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–15 years of relevant technical experience in servers, workstations, IT hardware or system integration.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of server and workstation hardware.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of RAID, HDD/SSD/NVMe, RAM, CPU, GPU, NIC and power systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing and switching.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux is useful.
- Knowledge of virtualization such as VMware/Hyper-V is an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle technical problems and lead technical activities.
- Experience with OEM, system-integrator, data-centre or server environments is beneficial.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
