Must Have Requirements :

- 7+ years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in backend and full-stack application development.
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.
- Solid hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to build scalable full-stack applications.
- Experience designing and architecting SaaS-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.
- Candidates should be based in Delhi NCR.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions.
- Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, Speech-to-Text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI-powered customer engagement products is a plus.
