Job Summary Cloud Operations Analyst

We're looking for an analytical, automation-minded analyst (1-3 years experience) to help scale our cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll support - cost monitoring, dashboards maintenance, tagging compliance, provisioning, and routine operational requests - turning raw usage and billing data into clear, reliable insights.

What you'll do

- Monitor and analyze cloud costs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Build and maintain dashboards for cloud spend, usage, and operational metrics.
- Perform data analysis in SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI to surface trends and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain automations and data pipelines that improve operational efficiency.
- Support cloud governance, tagging compliance, and cost allocation initiatives.
- Assist with security, access management, and day-to-day cloud operational requests.
- Document processes and support ongoing cloud operations.

What we're looking for

- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience with advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and automation concepts.
- Good SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- A creative thinker with a genuine interest in AI - comfortable using leading LLMs to solve problems, build prototypes, and boost productivity.

Nice to have
