Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Backend with solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native backend applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor engineering teams, establish development best practices, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead backend application design, architecture, and development using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and architecture guidelines.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.




- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure application monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Participate in technical estimation, sprint planning, and project delivery.
- Resolve production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
- Drive modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
