We are looking for a Technical Lead Recruiter who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and has a keen eye for top-tier tech talent. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical screening, strong exposure to product-based client hiring, and proven success in managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and niche technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical screening of candidates to evaluate their depth of knowledge and suitability for technical roles.
- Partner closely with product-based clients to understand detailed technical requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across C2H hiring models.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruitersdriving performance, motivation, and delivery excellence.
- Work on niche and high-demand tech skills including SAP, Java, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Embedded Systems, and more.




- Ensure a high standard of candidate experience through efficient communication and timely feedback.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring capacity.
- Solid experience in C2H hiring and niche technology recruitment.
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidate skills beyond resume keywords.
- Experience working with product-based organizations is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Comfortable working onsite (Marathahalli), 5 days a week.
