Overview of the Role:
The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure, technology support, prototyping facilities, startup technical programs, and innovation-related activities of the Startup Incubation Center.
The role involves working closely with incubated startups, entrepreneurs, faculty, researchers, mentors, technology partners, and external service providers to help startups convert ideas and prototypes into functional, scalable, and market-ready technology solutions.
The Technical Manager will also support the planning and operation of technology labs, maker spaces, prototyping facilities, testing facilities, software platforms, and other technical resources provided by the incubation center.

We are looking for a technically proficient and entrepreneurial Technical Manager to lead technical operations and provide technology support to startups at our Startup Incubation Center. The position will be responsible for managing technical infrastructure and prototyping facilities, supporting startups in product and MVP development, evaluating technology feasibility, coordinating technical mentors and partners,
managing vendors and procurement, and organizing technology-focused innovation programs.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering/technology background with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in product development, R&D;, technology management, startup incubation, or a related field. Experience in prototyping, emerging technologies, laboratory/facility management, and working with startups will be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications :
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / related discipline.
Desirable:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Certification in project management, technology management, innovation, entrepreneurship, or a relevant technical domain.
