Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).ServiceActivator Inc. is building an creative Agentic AI product for the U.S. commercial real estate market and is looking for an experienced Technical Lead & Architect to lead the technical direction of the product.Key Skills: AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, ECS, CI/CD, System Architecture, System Design, Android/Kotlin, AI/ML, vLLM, Database Design, Performance Optimization, Terraform/CloudFormation and SaaS.Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead/Architect role and strong hands-on software development experience.

Experience in Real Estate/PropTech will be an added advantage.
