Role Description The Technical Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. In this position, you will research AIDC, RFID, barcode, and related software topics and translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging content. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing product documentation, user guides, technical blog posts, case studies, website content, and marketing collateral that aligns with Ruddersoft’s solutions and brand voice.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and sales teams to gather information, ensure technical correctness, and maintain consistency across all content. The role also involves editing and proofreading materials, optimizing content structure, and contributing to content strategy for digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong technical writing and documentation skills,



with the ability to explain complex concepts in transparent, accessible language.
- Experience creating content for technology domains such as RFID, barcode systems, AIDC solutions, or enterprise software (blogs, white papers, product sheets, FAQs).
- Proficiency in editing and proofreading, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all written materials.
- Familiarity with digital content practices, including basic SEO principles, web formatting, and collaboration with design or marketing teams.
- Ability to conduct structured research, interview subject matter experts, and synthesize technical information into well-organized content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a technical writing or technical content role within IT, software, or industrial automation is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing multiple content projects and deadlines.
