Job Summary

The Technical Architect is responsible for Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer with the primary goal of architecting and designing effective and effective manufacturing processes using simulation technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement manufacturing simulation solutions to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design manufacturing layouts and processes.
- Validate simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability of the manufacturing processes.
- Utilize tecnomatix emplanner and process designer to create detailed process designs and layouts.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing simulation technologies.





Skill Requirements

- Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.

Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation processes.

- Advanced skills in using tecnomatix emplanner and process designer software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process optimization opportunities.

Other Requirements

1.Certification in Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, or Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer would be a plus.
