We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across AI, Agentic AI, automation, AWS cloud, data integration, knowledge platforms, and technology transformation.

The role requires a hands-on architect who can translate business transformation opportunities into scalable technical solutions and lead engineering teams through end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and own scalable architecture for AI, Agentic AI, automation, data and knowledge platforms.
- Architect and build AI Agents and Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases.
- Design agent workflows involving LLMs, APIs, enterprise data, knowledge retrieval, orchestration and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Develop and review production-quality solutions using Python.
- Design secure and scalable solutions using AWS cloud technologies.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and document repositories.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven automation and business process transformation.
- Design data integration pipelines, data stores and knowledge stores.
- Work with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Lead and mentor software engineering/development teams.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and ensure adherence to technical and security standards.
- Drive initiatives through the complete lifecycle:



Discovery Architecture Development Testing Deployment Production Stabilization.
- Work closely with business, technology, data, operations and transformation stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Mandatory Skills:

- 1014 years of experience in Software Engineering / Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture / Cloud Engineering / Enterprise Technology Transformation
- Strong hands-on AWS Architecture
- Strong Python programming experience
- Proven experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI applications
- Experience integrating LLMs/AI with enterprise systems, APIs and databases
- Experience in automation and enterprise transformation
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture and security
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end projects/products
- Strong stakeholder management experience in a matrix organization

Mandatory Certifications:

- AWS Solutions Architect Certification – Mandatory
- Recognized Agentic AI / AI Agent Development Certification – Mandatory
