What You'll Do

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively.
- Support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates, and help resolve functional issues.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and adopt best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Good understanding of technology concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
