About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Technical Analyst to join our Core Banking Support (CBS) team. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in PL/SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE . This role involves supporting critical banking operations, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Oracle FLEXCUBE modules, including CASA, Loans, General Ledger (GL), and other core banking functions .
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) batch processes.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL scripts and database objects to support business and operational requirements.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application and database-related issues within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
- Ensure timely closure of incidents, service requests, and production support tickets.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.




- Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support for critical banking applications.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, stability, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in application or production support, preferably in banking applications.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE and its key modules such as CASA, Loans, and GL.
- Good understanding of FLEXCUBE EOD/BOD processes and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production support environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to other Core Banking Systems (CBS) and banking applications.
- Understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, and regulatory requirements.
