We are hiring a Tech Operations Intern to join the VoiseTech team and support the day-to-day execution, monitoring, coordination, and improvement of technology and operational processes.

, Tech Operations sits at the centre of platform operations, data, troubleshooting, process management, internal tools, and cross-functional coordination. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, comfortable with data and technology, and genuinely interested in understanding how systems, processes, and teams work together.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with technology, data, processes, problem-solving, and people and wants to build a career in Tech Operations, AdTech, Product Operations, or Technology Management.

What you will work on

You will support Tech Operations across:

- Platform and system operations
- Monitoring and issue tracking
- Data validation and operational reporting
- Internal tools and workflow management
- Process execution and documentation
- Technical and operational troubleshooting
- Cross-functional coordination
- Quality checks and issue resolution
- Process optimisation and automation
- Technology and product operations

Basic familiarity with APIs, databases, web technologies, SaaS tools, dashboards, automation, or software platforms is valuable, but not mandatory.

What you will own

- Assist with day-to-day technology and operational processes
- Monitor systems, workflows, dashboards, and operational tasks
- Track issues, incidents, requests, and pending requirements
- Identify inconsistencies, errors, and unusual patterns in operational data




- Perform data validation and quality checks across different systems
- Maintain accurate operational trackers, documentation, and records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and operational performance reports
- Coordinate with technology, product, operations, and other internal teams
- Follow up on technical and operational issues through to closure
- Assist with testing new features, workflows, tools, and process changes
- Document processes, requirements, issues, and resolutions
- Support troubleshooting of operational and technology-related problems
- Identify recurring issues and help improve existing processes
- Assist in automating repetitive operational tasks wherever possible
- Support internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
- Help ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and reliability of day-to-day operations

What we are looking for You should be a graduate or final-year student with an interest in technology, operations, SaaS, AdTech, product operations, or digital platforms.

Prior Tech Operations experience is not mandatory. We are more interested in someone who is curious about technology, sharp with data, highly organised, and willing to learn how systems and processes work.

We would especially like to meet someone who:

- Has good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Is comfortable working with data and reports
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can investigate problems rather than simply flagging them




- Is comfortable learning new software and internal tools
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Is proactive with follow-ups and deadlines
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and issues

- Wants to understand why something is happening, not just update a tracker
- Is curious about how technology, systems, and processes work together

Prior exposure to APIs, SQL, Google Ad Manager, analytics platforms, SaaS products, automation tools, cloud platforms, software testing, technical support, or AdTech is a robust plus. How we think about AI

AI can help you work faster with research, reporting, documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, automation, and repetitive tasks — but you should be able to understand the underlying process, validate the output, question inconsistencies, and solve problems yourself.
