– Team Member Position: Team Member Department: Restaurant Operations Location: Store-specific Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager Job SummaryAs a Team Member at Good Flippin’ Burgers, you will be responsible for delivering a great customer experience while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. You will work across different areas of the outlet, including order taking, food preparation, packing, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes. Ensure orders are assembled and packed accurately and promptly. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Keep the dining area, kitchen, counters, and workstations clean and organized. Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines. Check food quality, portion sizes, and presentation before serving. Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the manager when required.

Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.



Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or wastage. Follow attendance, grooming, uniform, and discipline standards.

Perform other restaurant-related duties assigned by the manager.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard preferred. Freshers can apply; prior QSR/restaurant experience is an advantage. Positive communication and customer-service skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of hygiene and food-safety practices. Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
