We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator with robust hands-on expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture, PLM administration, and CI/CD automation for PLM environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and support Teamcenter Unified Architecture
- Handle Teamcenter installation (2-Tier & 4-Tier)
- Install and configure Active Workspace
- Prepare deployment packages and manage environment upgrades
- Configure BMIDE, workflows, ACLs, and handlers
- Manage PLM core modules: Access Manager, Query Builder, Organization, Structure Manager, Workflow

- Perform BOM Management, Change Management, Schedule Management
- Support PoCs, demos, and prototypes
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for PLM deployments
- Work on SOLR & Structure Indexing
- Configure Dispatcher, AIG, and third-party integrations

- Handle SSO, SSL, Load Balancer configurations




- Prepare Functional Design Documents, Unit Test Plans, and estimates
- Present solutions and updates to stakeholders

- Provide L2/L3 production support and operations activities

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience as Teamcenter Administrator
- Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, BOM & Structure Configuration
- Hands-on experience with:

- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

- YAML pipeline definitions
- Active Workspace Configuration (columns, stylesheets, reports)

- Workflow design & ACLs
- PLMXML, Document Management

- Experience in Linux (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of database concepts

- Experience with Teamcenter operations
- Data creation, ownership transfer
- Group & role changes

- Saved query creation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have
- Experience with interface integrations
- Exposure to quality improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills
